Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within Puerto Rico and the United States ( 50 states only).

We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico at this time.

Flat Shipping Rates

  • Puerto Rico-Flat rate $5.00

  • United States (50 states): Flat rate $10.00

Processing Time​

  • Orders are proceessed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During product launches, sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Alpha Rebels is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Alpha Rebels, each item is carefully designed and produced with quality and performance in mind. Because of the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Please review product descritpions and care instructions carefully before placing your order. We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received a defective item,

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product or size sent)

To request and exchange:​

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Email us at support@alpharebels.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions. Items must be:​

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached.
